Tanner & Joe's Wedding at the Franklin Institute

When Tanner & Joe came over to meet us at the Philadelphia Bridal Show, we had a feeling we would get along because we probably spent 20 minutes speaking to them.  For those that have yet to experience a bridal show, that is an incredibly long time!  They also were down to meet us for cheese steaks for our follow up meeting which happens to be our ideal meeting place!

Once we heard their story and saw them interact together, we instantly fell in love with them.  They then told us their wedding was going to be at the Franklin Institute, a place that is close to our hearts and we knew it was meant to be.

The schedule was ambitious, and our day was jam-packed with things to do and see.  To most couples they might have been in over their heads, but for Tanner & Joe it was like a walk in the park.  We can tell you there was not one time that they did not have the biggest smiles on their faces, even when we were stuck in traffic in center city Philly.  We started off at the hotel, then walked to the Franklin Institute, followed by Macy's for a date with Santa, over to City Hall for a carousel, and finally to  stop traffic in the middle of Broad Street.  The ceremony was under the gorgeous night sky in the Fels Planetarium immediately followed by a unique reception in Franklin Hall under the watchful eye of Big Ben himself!

We really could go on forever about all of the fun & amazing things that made this day so special, but we will shut up now and let the photos speak for themselves.

Tanner & Joe,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to document such a special day.  An extra special thank you to our outstanding assistant/third shooter David Alonso, who really makes all that we do possible.
